Consultation Fee & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation Fee: To schedule a consultation with our practitioners at Med Therapy & Spa, we require a non-refundable consultation fee. This fee secures your appointment slot and covers the initial consultation service.

2. Payment Terms: The consultation fee must be paid at the time of scheduling your appointment. Payment can be made via accepted payment methods, credit card, debit card, cash.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 72 hour notice.
• The consultation fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or missed appointment.
• If you reschedule with more than 48 hour notice, a one time courtesy will be applied and your consultation fee will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.

4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior 72 hour notice will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.

5. Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Gratuity

Massage & Spa services require minimum gratuity fee that can be checked by calling or texting us at (305) 859-0099

Reschedules, Cancelations, & No Shows

You have 72 hours before scheduled service to reschedule or cancel appointment. Failure to do so, or not showing up will result in:

• losing your deposit.
• however, you may repurchase deposit to schedule another appointment if you wish to do so.

By scheduling a Massage & Spa services service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Must bring a valid ID. 

You must arrive 10-15minutes before scheduled appointment to complete mandatory paperwork.

Future appointments moving forward don't require early arrival. 

Late arrivals do cut into your service time. 

For example: 

If appointment is from 1:00pm-2:00pm You must arrive at 12:50pm. If you fail to arrive early and you finish paperwork at 1:10pm we still must end service at 2:00pm. 

*Must Sign Consent Forms & Waiver.

*Must Provide a Valid ID, Driver's License or Passport.

By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to all the policies of Med Therapy & Spa.

You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase.
