About Our Community Partner, Community Health Providers

Med Therapy & Spa is proud to partner with Community Health Providers (CHP), a Florida nonprofit healthcare organization dedicated to expanding access to compassionate, affordable, and preventive healthcare.

Through this partnership, we offer confidential HIV & STD testing and treatment, PrEP, PEP, DoxyPEP, sexual health education, free condom distribution, and other preventive healthcare services designed to support the health and well-being of our community.

Patients may also have access to CHP's Patient Assistance & Prevention Program, which may provide assistance with healthcare services, health insurance, copays, medications, and other supportive resources based on program guidelines and available funding.
